I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. I got a lot for what I paid, including a tasty breakfast that was included in the rate. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, always there when I needed something. The location was just right, close to the center but away from the main tourist area, so it was peaceful.
No major complaints, everything was ok.

I totally recommend it, great value. I enjoyed everything about the hotel: staff and location. Set not far from many local attractions and also within 15 minutes on foot from san francisco church.
Couldn’t fault.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Early check-in with no extra fee. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable taxi fares and walking distance to town. Good WiFi connection in all rooms. Huge room with a big jacuzzi. Warm showers with good water pressure. Safe and relaxing hotel after a tour.

The staff was helpful and eager to please.
The absence of mini-safes in the rooms. Valuables had to be stored in the hotel safe and all valuables and the amount of cash had to be disclosed.

It was clean and the staff were friendly.
The location is not ideal. You have to catch a taxi to the main strip/square.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of food and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. the rooms were spacious and well-lit, which made for a comfortable stay. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and some local attractions.
The rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the stay less pleasant. the area around the hotel did not offer many dining options or tourist infrastructure, which could be inconvenient for some travelers.

Great free wi-fi, staff was great, reasonably priced minibar.
Dodgy area, armed guard at door, run down facilities, possible bedbugs. A two star hotel on a good day; even more ridiculous given what they charge a night.

Friendly staff.
Room pretty small. there was a leak in the bathroom, and the floor was always wet. Noise from the street.

The hotel is located near a popular stadium, perfect for sports fans or those attending events. While it's not in the main tourist area, it's still walking distance to the city center with plenty of nearby amenities. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with great bathrooms and breakfast options.
The hotel can be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the stadium.

We were in LaPaz to visit the archeological sites in the area, so we really did not spend much time in the hotel, except to sleep. We found the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast very good.
Not many good places to eat in the neighborhood

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly a guy with shoulder length hair (sorry I cannot remember his name).
Only one computer to access the internet and it was extremely slow.

We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the excellent breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel was also very convenient as we were close to the soccer stadium and could walk to the city center in 15-20 minutes.
No complaints.

Great value for money, comfortable and clean accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Convenient location with easy access to transportation and key tourist attractions within a short distance.
Older facilities, limited amenities, and noise from traffic and lift in the hotel. The shower water was lukewarm and had poor water pressure.
